HDC partnered with a Dallas-based investment group to acquire and redevelop the shopping center located directly north of Downtown Mesquite and across the municipal offices.

HDC acquired and remodeled four contiguous buildings totaling 28,000sf on the southeast corner of Jefferson Blvd and Bishop Ave in Oak Cliff

HDC along with a local partner redeveloped a two-tenant building on southwest corner of Hickory and Carroll across Downtown Denton and just east of University of North Texas.
